Zipper breaks easily. One cover broken. One didn't.
Our organic cotton dust mite proof mattress cover and pillow covers are really very good. We had some other ones that were awful...very much like plastic, hot and noisy and made our fitted sheet come off a lot. I called Allergy Care and the very nice gentleman I spoke with was nice enough to send me a sample pillow case so we could be sure the fabric was right for us before ordering. It was, and we ordered and received it all with no problem. The only very slight complaint is that the covers are a little big for both the mattress and pillows, making the extra fabric a little bulky. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!

Our Twin and Twin XL are the same width and only five inches apart in length, which is an easy one to miss. I have emailed you directly to get the right size into your hands. We will take care of it.
When searching for protection against dust mites I’ve learned many things during my shopping experience and I’ve asked a lot of questions to AI. I knew right at the beginning I didn’t want to sleep eight hours on a plastic PU or TPU layer because it’s a health hazard. Also because I sweat quite a lot hot when I sleep under my down duvet comforter. So a plastic layer was out of question. So I was looking for 100% coton protection. But what I didn’t know is that most anti-dust mites protection found online and even in brick and mortar shops use a plastic layer! I guess it must be really cheaper to manufacture. So finding 100% coton was hard, 100% organic coton was even harder. Then you encounter the problem of care instructions. All the brands that do sell 100% coton and 100% organic coton recommend only COLD water otherwise they fabric will shrink. But that is not what is best for us people who are suffering from dust mites allergies! Doctors strongly recommend to wash HOT water to kill dust bites effectively. Wow I never though it would be that hard to find a product that would meet all my criteria:
1) No Chinese brand (you don’t know what chemicals would end up in your bed)
2) 100% coton or 100% organic coton (ever better)
3) No plastic TPU layer
4) Can resist multiple washing cycles in HOT water
Well after searching everywhere in Canada and USA the ONLY brand that’s check all my criteria is BARGOOSE!
Oh by the way when I emailed them about a mistake on the US custom form (I ordered from Canada) their President Diane Rattner herself answered back. That’s 5-star after sale service!

I applied the powder the same day I put encasements on my mattress and other bedding so I can't claim to know of its effectiveness alone, but I do know that together they made a huge difference. One thing I learned is that the treatment really dries out the air in the room to the point where it started sucking the moisture out of me. I woke up clear but with an extremely dry mouth, sore throat, and a dehydration headache. The first week I kept getting pains in my legs and worked out it was also from dehydration. My cat would not step foot in the room until I worked out that I had to humidify it. I am now spraying the air with water every day and night with a mister and using a small humidifier and the headaches and leg pain have subsided as well. Humidify!

I purchased the AllergyCare Dust Mite Proof Cotton Encasement for my full size memory foam mattress, the mattress is 11" deep. The encasement is top quality, soft, silent, relatively easy to install and fits very well. I have laundered it with no problems at all and I am completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

Is it and that’s what I wanted. Now I have to find a bottom sheet and top sheet to fit my 2 inch mattress.
These are my favorite pillow protectors. They're 100% cotton, and I really like the position of the zippers being on the flat surface of the pillow. The zippers last so much longer this way because they don't have the pressure on them that protectors with zippers on the end do. Kudos Bargoose! Well done!
