Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in NY. In some cases, items may be drop shipped, directly from the manufacturer.
Our goal is always to ship completely. If a product is out of stock and will be received by us within 72 hours of your order, we will hold the entire order to ship complete. However, if a product is out of stock and will continue to be for more than 72 hours, we will ship what we have and back-order the outstanding items, to ship to you when we have them back in stock, at no extra cost to you.

Shipping within the 48 contiguous states will be made using UPS ground or USPS. Normal delivery time is 1 to 5 working days depending on where the order is being shipped. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please make sure you have a physical address in your ship-to information.
Be sure to include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery, and that someone is home to receive the order.
We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process your order. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in the information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you.

AllergyStore.Com currently offers international shipping to over 180 countries and several US Territories. We ship most items within 2-4 business days after you place your order. The delivery time-frame may vary according to the destination. Each option has a different average delivery time. Generally, delivery time via USPS International Priority is 6-10 working days (does not include Saturday or Sunday) to most major international markets.
The shipping charge is based upon the total weight of the order rather than the dollar amount. Please be aware that shipping charges quoted during the checkout process on our site are estimates. We will notify you via e-mail if actual charges are higher than the initial estimate. The choice of carrier is based on your geographical location and our knowledge of delivery times as well as the actual cost we'll incur to ship your order. PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties that might be levied by your country's government or any brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier.
Items available for international shipping vary depending on the delivery address. Some items are not eligible for international shipping due to size and customs restrictions. Unfortunately, there may be items for sale on our U.S. site that are not available internationally.
International shipping restrictions prevent shipping over-sized items outside the U.S. At this time, items over 150 lbs. (68 kg) cannot be shipped internationally.

Product warranties are covered by various manufacturers. In the event of a product defect after 60 days, we will be happy to provide you with the manufactures warranty and contact information.
We proudly guarantee all AllergyCare products in their quality and performance. Following our care instructions carefully is a sure way to extend the life of your product. All of our premium AllergyCare covers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This includes AllergyCare Cotton, AllergyCare Organic Cotton, AllergyCare Allersoft Cotton Blend, Pristine Luxury and AllergyCare Bed Bug.
The warranty covers defects in materials such as zippers as well as defects in workmanship such as seams, seam tape, and construction.
Please note: Our warranty program is only available in the United States. The warranty only applies to products purchased by the original owner, and any items purchased from re-sellers are excluded from eligibility.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately by phone (800) 771-2246) or email and we will replace the item and provide you a prepaid return label.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble, wash or modify the product in any way). Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to re-sellers of our product.

- All returned products must be in resalable condition and include original packaging and a copy of the original receipt.
- Due to the hypoallergenic nature of the bedding products and bedding law regulations, items that have been used, laundered, or are not in original packaging are non-returnable and non- exchangeable.
- Skinnies™ Therapeutic clothing are personal healthcare items, which must be unopened, unworn and unused to qualify for a return.
- Any product returned without prior approval will be returned to the shipper.
- Refunds or exchange must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase.
*The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Items damaged or altered by the customer.

All air cleaners, air purifiers, steam cleaners, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and vacuum cleaners are subject to a 10% restocking charge and must be returned within 30 days.
Please note that outbound shipping costs, including promotional shipping and return shipping costs, will not be refunded. We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
In the event the package is refused we will deduct outbound shipping and related return charges from final credit.
