Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at (800) 771‑2246 or by email. We’ll replace it and provide a prepaid return label.
Returns & Exchanges
- Request an RMA# via the return form or by calling (800) 771‑2246.
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Bedding and intimate products must be unused and unlaundered.
- Include original packaging and receipt.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Must request refund/exchange within 60 days.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged-by-customer items
- Face/dust masks
- Asthma care products
- Custom-made items
- Clearance items
Special Conditions
For air cleaners, purifiers, steam cleaners, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and vacuums:
- Return within 30 days
- 10% restocking fee
- Outbound and return shipping are non‑refundable
Refused packages: outbound shipping deducted from refund.
Address changes after shipping: $16.40 fee.
