60-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange. Your peace of mind matters to us.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your merchandise arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at (800) 771-2246 or by email. We will replace the item and provide a prepaid return label.

Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange an item:

  • Complete the return request form or call (800) 771-2246 for an RMA# and instructions.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging (do not assemble, wash, or modify).
  • Federal law prohibits resale of used bedding, mattresses, or intimate products. Bedding must be unused and unlaundered.

General Requirements

  • Include original packaging and a copy of your receipt.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the shipper.
  • Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 60 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged or altered by the customer
  • Face and dust masks
  • Asthma care products
  • Custom-made items
  • Clearance sale items

Return shipments are not eligible for UPS scheduled pick-up.

Special Conditions

  • Air cleaners, purifiers, steam cleaners, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and vacuum cleaners:
    • Must be returned within 30 days
    • Subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Outbound shipping costs (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refused packages: outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Address changes after shipment: $16.40 fee applies.
