We received a great email from one of our customers. A case of mistaken identity was cleared and a customer found out she didn’t have to blame the cat for her allergies.
We routinely follow-up with our customers to see how the products they purchased are helping in their fight against allergies. We received a response yesterday that was so great it was shared around the office and everyone got a good chuckle.
Seems Miss Kitty was not as guilty as charged. This was one time you could not blame the cat.
A customer had a new kitten. About the time she brought the kitten into the house she started having problems with her eyes. She called us and after much discussion we suggested she should try the Allerpet solution for cats. It has worked so well for other customers over the years.
So, she starts applying the Allerpet/C for cat allergy to the cat and in a week or so tells us she is getting some relief but still has swelling and pain. Well, a little experimenting and in her words she:
“…discovered that while she did make me a little itchy, the new mascara was the main culprit for the swelling and pain. Thank goodness for that anyway! Lots easier to throw out a stick of mascara than your adorable new kitten:) But I use the product to keep the little bit of irritation to a minimum anyway. “
We were glad to hear that Allerpet is keeping the irritation to a minimum and to hear the cat was cleared and her reputation restored.
