Medical-Grade HEPA Filtration in a Compact Air Purifier
The Austin Air “it” uses the same type of high-efficiency HEPA technology that has made Austin Air a trusted name in air purification for more than 30 years. A 360° intake draws air in from all sides of the unit and through the filter.
Its HEPA media captures airborne particles including:

The HEPA media is rated to capture 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns and 99% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns.
A large-particle prefilter captures hair, visible dust, and pet dander before they reach the HEPA filter. The HEPA filter is designed to last up to 5 years under normal residential use.
Add VOC and Chemical Filtration
Need more than particle filtration? Choose the HEPA + VOC Wrap option. The dual-stage carbon wrap replaces the standard prefilter and adsorbs odors, gases, chemicals, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that HEPA filtration alone cannot address.

The VOC Wrap is designed to last about 3 months under normal conditions and is best suited to light to moderate VOC concerns. Warranty
- 5-year mechanical warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use (warranty registration with Austin Air required)
- 5-year pro-rated filter warranty on the HEPA filter. The VOC Wrap is not covered by the filter warranty.
