Wake up without a stuffy nose. Sleep cooler. Breathe easier. AllergyCare™ Cotton Mattress Encasings create an invisible barrier that locks out dust mites, pet dander, and allergens from your bed — without sacrificing the soft, natural feel of 100% cotton.
Naturally breathable and chemical-free, AllergyCare™ is especially popular with hot sleepers and anyone with a memory foam mattress who needs protection without the plastic, crinkly feel of synthetic covers.
COOL & BREATHABLE BARRIER
Unlike synthetic encasings that trap heat and crinkle with every move, AllergyCare™ is woven from 100% natural cotton fibers — no vinyl, no phthalates, no PVC. Just pure, breathable fabric that feels like your favorite sheets.
Every cover is OEKO-TEX 100 certified, meaning it's been independently tested and verified free of harmful chemicals. So you're not just blocking allergens — you're sleeping on something genuinely safe for your whole family.
ALL-AROUND PROTECTION
Most mattress covers only protect the top. AllergyCare™ fully encases your mattress on all 6 sides — top, bottom, and every edge — sealing allergens out completely. Think of it as placing your mattress inside a protective fabric envelope with no gaps, no exposed seams, no escape routes for dust mites.
And as a bonus? A fully encased mattress lasts significantly longer — protecting your investment and your health.
SLEEP WELL
Dust mites don't stand a chance. AllergyCare™ encasings are independently lab-tested with a 4.61 micron mean pore size — small enough to block dust mite matter, pet dander, and the allergens that trigger asthma and hay fever symptoms.
Whether you've struggled with allergies for years or just want a cleaner sleep environment for your family, you'll feel the difference from the first night. No more waking up congested. No more stuffy mornings. Just sleep.

Get the correct size. How do you measure your mattress?
Using a tape measure or ruler, measure the width and length. The depth is where it gets tricky. Measure from the bottom, where it rests on the box spring, to the top of the mattress.
If you have a pillowtop mattress or topper, a memory foam pad, or other mattress pad you want to encase along with your mattress, include this in the total height measurement.

Like all products made from 100% cotton, your cover will shrink when washed and dried for the first time. Don't worry. We have considered that and made our covers a bit bigger. They will not be too small after washing. Simply machine-wash your cotton dust-mite mattress and pillow covers like any fine cotton fabric.
Also available in AllergyCare 100% Cotton: Zippered pillow covers, duvet covers, and Comforter covers.
Easy Care Instructions: Machine wash in hot water up to 140°. Do not use chlorine bleach. Machine dry on medium setting. Covers can also be washed in cold or warm water with DeMite Laundry Additive or Allersearch Allergen Wash.
Special Note: The cover must be completely dry before placing on mattresses or pillows.
Commonly asked questions about mattress covers
1. Do I need to wash the cover first?
No. You can but is not necessary. We do not treat any of our fabrics with any chemicals or antimicrobial coatings. Please note that we do not accept the return of washed bedding unless is defective.
2. Do I need to clean my mattress before putting on the cover?
No. You can vacuum the mattress, but it is not necessary. If you spray the mattress with anti-allergen spray or steam clean it, ensure it is fully dried before you put on the new cover.
3. How often do I need to wash the cover?
We recommend that you wash the mattress cover once or twice a year. Pillow covers may be washed a bit more often (we wash ours about every 4-6 weeks). Sheets and pillowcases must be washed weekly.
4. Does the cover need to fit tightly on the mattress?
No. It is best if the cover fits loosely. If it fits snugly, the mattress may feel stiff, and the seams and zippers will be stressed.
5. I have a mattress pad. Should I put it on top of the cover or on the mattress and cover them both?
In most cases, we recommend covering both the pad and the mattress with the cover. This way, you don’t have to remember to wash the mattress pad.
6. How do you put a mattress cover on?
- Remove the blankets and sheets.
- Slide the mattress down towards the foot of the bed and stand up. If you have a footboard, slide it to the side and stand it up.
- Position the cover on the top side of the mattress and work it about halfway down the mattress.
- Lay the mattress back down, finish pulling the cover-up, and close the zip.
- Put on a clean set of sheets and enjoy a great night's rest.
