Electrostatic Air Filter

Our electrostatic air filter is a permanent air filter that replaces your existing fiberglass or pleated air filter. An electrostatic filter is a permanent, cost effective way to significantly improve the quality of your indoor air.  

The electrostatic filters are made from special materials that develop their own safe electrostatic charge as air is drawn through the filter by your air-conditioner, heater or furnace - This charge attracts contaminants like a magnet.  Electrostatic filters do not require any power to operate and will replace any existing Air-conditioning/Heating filter without modification.

We recommend cleaning your electrostatic filter at every month depending on how quick the dirt and dust build up is. The cleaning process is very simple. Remove the filter, vacuum both sides and rinse water. For tough dirt or grease you may have to wash with a mild household detergent (M1 House Wash). Once your electrostatic air filter is clean let it dry and then put it back in your system.

Electrostatic Pleated Air Filters

MPleated electrostatic air filtersR8 filters are made with Intrepid® filtration media from Kimberly Clark: a high loft electrostatically charged performance media that is 100% synthetic, and thermally bonded with no chemical binders.  MR8 air filter has a uniform pleat shape that holds more dirt, dust, pollen and mold spores and is designed to offer better filtration performance than traditional cotton/poly filter media for cleaner air, higher energy efficiency, and longer filter life. A consistent pleat shape produces optimum performance and efficiency. The media is bonded to a 30 gauge galvanized, corrosion resistant, expanded metal support grid. 12 filters per case

Change Pad Frame Filter Systems
 

Change Pad Frame Filter System incorporates a permanent rugged aluminum retaining frame. Pads are made from Dry Tack Polyester and contain an anti-microbial agent which is effective in limiting mold and mildew growth. Comes with frame and 12 pads.
